I bought a Defy twin tub washing machine from Wesgate branch in the first 3months it had a power fault they send a technician to fix it after 3 months it happened again same problem once again send another technician to fix it after 3days same problem again so I requested a new washing machine they denied my reqeust after 2 weeks waiting and fighting Defy must authorize the exchange I haven't bought it from defy. On the back of the slip. 6 Month implid warranty against unsafe and defective goods. All goods found to be unsafe, or supplied with a defect will be repaired, replaced or the customer will be refunded in full, the same manner that customer will be paid in full.
