Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I am concerned about the service provided by your employees. On the day I brought in my blanket, I came into the dry cleaners and there was no one to assist after the door beeped, I shouted " hello" someone came. I left after paying. Today the same happened and a thin lady with a curly hair piece came from the back with so much attitude. I asked her how could she ask me who it was when they know they have customers bring and fetching their belongings here. We argued and she took my blanket and shove it onto the counter and left me standing there. I kept speaking and she came back and told me she was not the one assisting me on the day I brought the blanket.  I told her that was neither here nor there. My concern is her asking who I was instead of coming to the front of the door beeped and I shouted and threaten to assault me in front her colleagues.

Negative: Not Professional.

The staff at the beep at the beep of their door bell never come to the front to assist but shout from the back,asking who a person is. When a concern is raised by a customer one gets sworn at and threatened to be beaten up. That is an uncouth behavior. Disgusting service!
