Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

Horrible service from a woman named Antoinette. After making a request for gas over WhatsApp she sent me a random contact as well as an invoice message with banking details. After making the payment she did not contact me. On follow up she accused me of being a non-paying client. I had never ordered from this business before. After telling her who I am she insisted that I was this other individual. On the second follow up she requested a proof pod payment. I then sent through through via sms, email and WhatsApp. She refused to refund my money and even sent confirmation that this other individual had paid their account. This means that she was paid but the actual defaulter and then took money from me. After pointing this out to her she proceeded to block me on WhatsApp. My gripe is that I gave her a chance to take ownership and apologise before escalating and she refused. Take my advice and don’t do this to yourself
