On Saturday 02 September 2023, my wife and I purchased a new vehicle from Halfway Toyota George. I had been in touch with Sonja Witberg (sales consultant) for approximately 2 weeks prior to our visit. Sonja sent me stock lists of available vehicles, always returned calls, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Sonja was patient, displayed empathy, was not "pushy", and was knowledgeable. I really wish that other companies that I deal with had professional staff members who displayed excellent customer relationship management.
