Quick to help, but bad after sales is extremely pathetic. 99% off the time that you call them the phone rings and you are on the automated tone "waiting for someone to answer". The 1% they do answer, when "transferred" to the accounts department, you get cut off immediately.
Negative: Not Responsive.
Terrible after sales service. Phone keeps on ringing 99% of the time without being answered. The 1% that they do answer you either get cut of when transfered to the accounts department or you are told they will get someone to contact you back (that never happens). If they reply to your email it takes very long.
