Positive: Professional.   Negative: Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Bought a 20** BMW C 650 GT from them in June 2023. Bike in very good cosmetically (14k on clock). Bike delivered to me in Ramsgate (KZN) and was at that point satisfied with the sales experience. Unfortunately, I then experienced a issue (slipping sound when strain on transmission during acceleration) with the bike's CVT transmission within the first week and brought it to their attention. I was told that it was 'normal' on the scooter. Issue got worst and when I spoke to experts, I was told that it is definitely not normal. Now I get shrugged off and keep on telling me that I had to take the extended warranty. Verdict:- After sales service is non-existent! No follow-up, NOTHING!! If you experiencing any problems even within a week, it is a case of - no extended warranty - "Oh jitte ....." we cannot help. Sorry pêl.
