I am a clinical psychologist in private practice, and offer individual and couple's / marital therapy. I also offer play therapy for children younger than 10 years of age. Generalized anxiety, social phobia, post-traumatic stress disorder) -Marital distress and couple's counselling -Bereavement / Loss -Trauma -Play therapy (for children) -Family therapy -Substance use disorders I offer both psychodynamic (insight-oriented) therapy, as well as cogntive-behaviour therapy (CBT) . I believe that therapy is a journey upon which both clients and therapists embark, and I therefore aim to tailor interventions according to clients' needs and goals.
