I visited Food Lovers on 08/08/2022 and purchased quite a few items. The cashier incorrectly charged me for 7kg onions at R70.00 instead of cauliflower at R20.00. I revisited the store the next day as I realized the error and I was dealt with in the most professional way. I didn't take down the name of the lady whom assisted me, but she checked the video footage and assisted with a speedy refund, Just wanted to say thanks for great service :) Will definitely continue to support you guys!!!! :)
