I went to FNB GHA and I have registered for a new ID but have not received it yet. The consultants asked me to leave my contact number that was in Jan 20** but they never got back to me. As I have applied in Dec 2022. I still have not received a callback. As the FNB consultant said they would call me and they never did. I've made the online payment and I did everything I was supposed to. But up until this day I have not received any feedback.
