Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

R10k was deducted from my account and Naeema Manesen from FNB stated via email that it was for banking fees which I have made. R10k deducted in R89 and R99 segments. They consider the matter closed and I have so many questions. Im running a small business and she does not respond via email. 087 number is pathetic to say the least. Still out of pocket by R10k. Whether she is at Adderley Branch or not. I need to start somewhere.
