In addition, VERY poor quality of the forms scanned and sent via email. I couldn't even complete the forms, they were scanned so badly and were not proper A4 size. Very, very disappointing experience overall, which I did not expect from a reputable courier company like FedEx, especially for the high cost paid to use this company!
