Agri SA promotes the development, profitability, stability and sustainability of agriculture in South Africa by means of its involvement and input on national and international policy and the implementation thereof.

The mandate which has been entrusted to the WRC includes: *Promoting co-ordination, co-operation and communication in the area of water research and development *Establishing water research needs and priorities *Stimulating and funding water research according to priority *Promoting effective transfer of information and technology *Enhancing knowledge and capacity-building within the water sector.

SAIA is the representative body of the short-term insurance industry. It represents the industry to all relevant stakeholders, to ensure a sustainable and dynamic short-term insurance industry for the benefit of all South Africans.
