Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.

My parcels have been returned back to their depots or wherever for 5days now because the area that I live NEXT TO us apparently dangerous. Why accept the delivery if you are scared to deliver .I was made to wait 3 full days until 5pm and gkt nothing until I took it upon myself to tell them I'll collect ....please use another delivery company rather than Fastaways. I've never been so frustrated in my life ...needing my things and people driving around with them.selfish drivers!I'm actually finally going to collect today. Gontse Manone
