Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.
By far the most useless and incompetent courier service I've ever dealt with. The package has been sitting in the "East Bay" for days on end, only to be moved to the "South Bay" for a few more days. Then I get an email confirming that the package "will be delivered today". Well, it wasn't, and now I can't get hold of them at all on the phone. Also, the local agent can't assist at all with any enquiries, which makes it all the more frustrating. I'm really frustrated about it all. Never again.

Wish I could have given this courier company a 0star rating. The service is poor, they are unresponsive. The only way to track your delivery is via the automated tracker. I've tried calling, emailing , whatsapp chat, online chat via their website and I never got through to a consultant. It's pathetic.

Recipient did not receive delivery however Fastway are insisting that delivery was made. I have requested proof of delivery from Fastway on a number of occasions but they are non-responsive. The phone number provided for queries is always engaged. I paid to get something delivered which was not delivered and I cannot get hold of them to return the items. I no longer care about the items being delivered and I just want them returned to me. Can anyone help me to get hold of them to return my items. They can keep the money I paid for courier as I am past that point. I just want my items returned.
