Negative: Not Responsive.

This is the worst company on earth. No respect for customers time and energy spent on the constant back and forth. They fail to deliver items on time but are very quick to ask and harrass customers for payment. Its a real shame because the company's work is beautiful but they have ZERO business/ customer service skills. The lady who assisted me was a liar and promised my work would be done upon agreed time. When it came to collecting the fabric, it wasn't ready. I had to go back 3 times. And each time she promised something that she couldn't deliver. If I could give them 0 stars I would. A complete utter waste of time! If you value good customer service, DON'T GIVE them your money!!!!!
