As an experienced manufacturer of engineered wood, Evowood operates a mill based in Estcourt, KwaZulu Natal. Strategically positioned in close proximity to two of South Africa's largest ports (Durban and Richards Bay), this extensive manufacturing operation houses a wood yard, chipping operation, refining department, four hardboard production presses, a coating plant, a softboard (insulation) line and an extensive secondary fabricating facility. At its current capacity, the mill produces in the region of 30 million m2 of hardboard and softboard every year.
