I went to Engen Mountain view convenience store to purchase Krispy Donuts. The flavour I was looking for wasn’t available at the time, when I was at the till paying, I saw the Krispy truck and requested the lady on the till to give me a fresh packet with the flavour I want, she refused to exchange the item for me. I’m not happy at all. I will never use the garage ever again. As a customer I felt like unvalued. I don’t want to ever feel that way again, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
