The Sevice Levels at Bokburg Ekhurleni Municipality is both scary, unprofessional and unacceptable. O yet to receive proper feedback as to why after a PMT was made on 01 Dec that 17 days later , I am still waiting for reconnection to ge made. I have contacted the Ekhurleni WhatsApp number and liased with an individual, who didn't give me his /her name. Who informed me my electricity will be reconnected yesterday 17 Dec , yet once again nothing has happened. Upon visiting the branch yesterday, I was told the reconnection was processed and it will be reconnected yesterday. However I am appalled at blatant lies, and misleading of the customer. Service levels are totally unacceptable. They are not delivering...I am shocked at the continuous ignoring of messages. I have all the screenshots and it looks like they don't care about their service delivery at all or the quality thereof.
