Amanda is a qualified occupational therapist who specializes in wellness and health promotion, mental health for adolescents and adults. Her approach is holistic, offering a variety of services to empower her clients to manage their illness and reach their full potential in all aspects of life. She's passionate about teaching life skills, providing individual and group therapy. Her latest addition to her toolbox is Sensory Intelligence, a tool that helps clients understand their own sensory thresholds to increase productivity, health, and well-being, and have more fulfilling relationships. We address a range of topics, including stress management, self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, communication, healthy relationships, relaxation therapy, and mindful craft groups.
