Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.
I arrived for a confirmed appointment at Dr Leonid Goldberg's office, part of the Netcare network, but was informed that my online booking wasn't reflected in their system. The receptionist seemed unfamiliar with the online booking process, which led to confusion and frustration. While I understand technical issues can occur, the lack of clear communication and resolution was disappointing. Additionally, the doctor's demeanor was dismissive and impersonal, which further detracted from my experience. I believe improved communication and training on the online booking system, along with a more patient-centered approach, could significantly enhance the experience at this practice.
