Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
Absolutely non existent and terrible communication for my poor 78 yr old father who lost his eyesight, lives alone and needed to be checked or stroke or tumor. Wanted to admit him to hospital when he didn’t have medical aid authorization (lied that he did have it - unethical!) and didn’t bother to tell him for what he was being admitted- surgery/MRI or what?? Patients have rights but they ignore them. Don’t answer emails or phone either. Marie the receptionist was at fault here.
