Positive: Professional.   Negative: Not Good Quality.

My personal experience with this practice was dissapointing. Initial visit was end of November.Auth wasn't granted due to GP referral letter. Follow up in December was cancelled due to a cancer patient that needed to be prioritised and the practice closing for holidays.The receptionist on the initial visit didn't confirm whether Auth for specialist visit was granted.While currently in contact with medical aid regarding outstanding amount the follow up for today has been rescheduled also due to Auth.But the manner in which the receptionist handled the issue was very disturbing. On three occasions with my interactions with her I overlooked the fact that me being a non white gets treated differently..thus been said it got absolute nothing to do with race card. She requested that outstanding balance been settled and to proceed with follow up the consultation need to be paid in full.Why today there is a need for an Auth number where she made it totally clear that it's not the practice resp
