Negative: Not Professional.

Our mom was hospitalized back in Jun **** at life Fourways. I question his practice's ethics. The first time we heard about him/or his practice is when the debt collectors started harassing us now in oct 20** because there is a bill which was not paid. We wouldn't have rejected the claims but why did they not send an invoice directly to us in **** but just decided to send the bill to debt collectors as if we rejected / failed to pay.We have asked for proof that his practice have tried contacting us but they failed to show such communications. We are really disappointed
