Negative: Not Professional.

Dr AA Eden is possibly great orthopedic surgeon as I had 2 comforting consultations with him regarding my 4years old daughter. Frightened as I was he did his best to assure me of the procedure.Major let down was his receptionist who failed to explain their process after numerous calls:1 to book our admission, failure to communicate that I had to go in to sign consent after confirming moving forward with the procedure, 2 she offered to handle authorization & I called over 2 weeks asking if she can start the process and she cited 'that's not how they do things'.A day before procedure medical aid advises of the longer approval process and my daughter fails to go ahead with the surgery.When I called frustrated that we could not move forward as planned the receptionist fails to acknowledge her nonchalant attitude and lack of preparation.Dr AA Eden took up for this incompetence and treated the situation as though I was being impossible.He was dismissive and Unprofessional.Truly Disappointed.
