Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

hi , i took my 2015 opel astra opc for a roadworthy test and a technical , the technician advised me it will take more than 2 hours which i didn't mind thinking that my vehicle was going to get most of the time allocated , only to my dissatisfaction to find the tech more on the phone and trying to help other customers whilst testing my vehicle . its sad because i expected professional service but had to leave without finishing the test , to me it seems like they are hiding behind the name AA DEKRA just to profit , my email is shoote******@gm***.com i wish to get a response.
