The office of the Credit Information Ombud resolves complaints from consumers and businesses that are negatively impacted by Credit information.

PASA is the payment system management body recognised by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), in terms of the National Payment System Act of 1998, to organise, manage and regulate the participation of its members in the payment system.

This body incorporates a number of companies dealing with best practice, standards and legal and regulatory issues in the retail, wholesale, manufacturing and service providers in the consumer goods industry.
