Negative: Not Professional.

Accounts department telling me that i should be grateful that my last dad was treated by the Dr. Even worse was her telling me that the drs dont know which patients have passed because they have too many patients to deal with disguiting attitude

Negative: Not Professional.

The doctor is fine. But the receptionist is rude, dismissive, antagonistic and clearly hates working there. Very unpleasant dealing with them.
