Negative: Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I went to CNA Hemmingways with my toddler to get puzzles for him. I bought him 2x100 piece puzzle on the 24th of April 20** and when we got home after building both puzzles together, puzzle pieces were missing from both. I thought it was odd that these puzzles were R124 each and they both had missing pieces. So,I took my toddler back literally the next day 25th April 20** to buy 2x100 piece puzzles and when we got home the same thing had occurred after we built them. Extremely annoyed, I went back and a women named Khulu short dark hair wearing glasses. She was there on both days I went to get my son his puzzles. Except this time, she was on her cell phone before acknowledging me. When I got helped by another staff member, Khulu intervened and was very defensive, extremely rude and unprofessional.I told her, her behavior is extremely wrong and rude and to be like this not only towards a customer that has spent money but in front of a child! I am waiting for my refund!! Disgusted!!
