The dispensary never answers their phones no matter what time or day you call during business. When you physically go there, there are always two dispensers hidden in the back room doing who-knows-what but certainly not answering their phones. Moreover when the front counter dispensers have helped one or two customers they magically disappear from the counter without reason explanation or apology to the next waiting customer to -you guessed it - the disappearing room.
