To spend 40 mins in 2 queues to get R29 self medication is unacceptable, in spite of suggesting to Brenda Branch manageress and the dispensary manageress that they appoint ONE dedicated person for self medication (24 clients in the dispensary queue) and more than TWO cashiers in the payment queue, when at least 10 + more staff are mulling around the isles. Where's client service CLICKS? Have additional effective staff assisting public in peak hours!
