Negative: Not Professional.

So disappointed with the service I got yesterday from the lady who's a manager at Choice clothing Buffalo Street east london. Came to pay for my laybye, only to find out when I got home the was an item they didn't give me so I decided to call the store the lady was so arrogant I ask to speak to a store manager she told me she the one .. telling me to come and collect my item back. I asked how did I not get the item she told me that she didn't notice maybe she dropped it while packing in a arrogant manager, I demanded the apology on the phone she just hang-up on me, today I had to go back to the store in East London today when I got the she was so disgusted she couldn't even apologize its so sad to get that kind of treatment from the store manager the lady really need the training cz only she could do is to apologize SO SAD
