Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.
I had the most shocking experience yesterday. My 8 year old daughter enquired from the lady on duty at the till, the price of a product on their shelving. After being told to wait for roughly 15 minutes in an extremely rude manner. When eventually she was willing to assist, she snapped at my daughter and gave her the price. My daughter then said she would rather not buy here and go elsewhere. She was so upset and burst out into tears. When I asked her what I could do to make it better she said "I want an apology". She then went back and said to the teller "I feel like you were very rude to me and I would like an apology" she then proceeded to get into an argument with my 8 year old child when eventually her manager had to tell her to apologize. As we walked away she still made a mockery of the situation. Do not have un-priced items on your shelves if you do not want people asking for the prices Shocking
