Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

The person I was speaking to was aware of an order I wanted since last year. I sent an email on the 3rd of January and on the 9th of January. I even followed up with a WhatsApp message on the 11th of January. I received zero acknowledgment, no update, nothing. I was completely ignored and my business was treated as trash when all I wanted was a canvas for my husband's father who passed away. Disgraceful, disgusting service!
