Negative: Not Professional.

I had a very bad experience at Builders Tygerberg today. I tried to buy a water tank. The person who helped me, did not have a clue of what was going on. When I got to the consumers counter after about an hour, the person at the paypoint was plain rude in his behaviour. I left without puchasing anything. I had a look at the other reviews and it seems to me this shop urgently needs to improve the way they treat customers and make sure all their workers have the necessary knowledge to help their clients.
