Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

What a terrible experience. I was told that the Fender I was interested in was in a good condition. It's nowhere near a good condition at all. Paid for the order on Thursday, received on Tuesday. The Fender was filthy and cockroach infested with damage all over the item. Their returns policy states that I must return the item at my own expense and a return would be decided on by them. Absolutely disgusting. I messaged Willem to let him know of my disappointment and unhappiness and have yet to get a simple acknowledgement. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AT ALL!
