I love Bosmont Taxi Association but today the way l was disrespected by Nkululeko it made me to change my mind about the service you are giving to your all time customers remind him about the customer service and knowing how to talk to people he is quick loosing the touch. I work for a big organization where customer service is a priority which l will never tolerate that type of service that he gave and l ended up taking roodepoort taxi
