To whom it may concern I am not disappointed with with Bidvest Cleaning Services as such but with one of your employees by the name Tselifo who works at TAFTA (The Association For The Aged) Langler Towers/John Conradie House. I reported her to the social worker who in turn handed to TAFTA incompetent building manager who didnot handle it as it should have been .I know he didnot report it to Bidvest cleaning. She became verbal abusive towards when i asked her a simple question about where our could walk cause she was cleaning foyer area on the 1 st floor of Langler Towers. I in turn retaliated because of uncalled for abusive attitude.She previously worked for Flo Line cleaning service .Bidvest cleaning were compassionate to give Flo Line employees jobs with Bidvest cleaning. This all took place on 14 January 2023. I anticipate that this incident will be sorted out accordingly. I also anticipate your cooperation with regards to this matter.
