Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

Worst company in South Africa to use for furniture removal. To start they were late on arrival. They damaged my furniture and there is no supervision that ensure that things get handled with care. One cupboard that was broken into pieces, the team said that they need to take it with and that I should talk to the owner. When contacting the owner, he is always too busy and just never comes back to you as promised. It has been 6 weeks later and not one call from him, I need to call constantly to follow up with no success. They charged me for a shuttle vehicle, that would have been on site. This vehicle was never on site, when asking about this the response was that the vehicle was booked, and the money cannot be refunded. How is this possible if the vehicle was not on site?
