Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
Customer service-HORRIBLE!! Prices marked incorrectly on shelves and absolutely refuses to give it to me for the price I saw.(apparently I'm not the only customer who complains about prices) Girl at cash desk has serious attitude problems, while "assisting " me I had to move aside so she can help another customer. Am I not a customer myself? She's also had a long day so I shouldn't be going on, is that how we speak to customers? Back to the wrong prices.. I'm told to phone the owner myself and see if she'll give it to me, what's that about? Also apparently it's the owner who keeo putting stock infront of wrong prices, but yet still refuses to correct their mistake The ATROCIOUS thing I discovered aswell is that alot of their stock is expired on the shelf, lady at the til knows about it, the "owner" is apparently the one who keeps saying to put it back it's can still be consumed. Is that not a health risk? We just selling expired stock to customers now?
