Our debt recovery services are executed within the parameters and governed in accordance to the legal requirements set out by the National Credit Act & Debt Council regulatory Body. Unlike other debt recovery agencies, we make use of every tool technology has to offer, and believe that every matter will be judged on its merits, analysed and a formula set in place in order to effect recovery. Our collection fee is 25% of the total amount handed over. Any additional costs incurred, will be recovered from the debtor. We do make extensive use of legal action.
