Phoned 4 times to speak to Accounts at Aucor Cape town to confirm if my deposit has been paid back yet as I dont see anything on my statements and its been outstanding since 5 July. Reception told me it will be paid back today. I Phoned again to confirm if they have my correct bank details.Reception said Account lady has a lot of ppl in front of her and cant take my call. So one Department for Accounts and Reception? I said I will hold for accounts. Reception then said I cant speak to accounts. I insisted to clarify my banking details. She then threatened me that she will put the phone down in my ear is. I once again said I need to confirm my banking details and then she put the phone down in my ear. The worst Unproffesional terrible service!! And that is Front Desk that carries out your Name. No skills to work with Customers whatsoever. Bad Management equals bad personnel.Still waiting for my 10k and you can pay that back with interest!! Thank you
