We have chosen a stylistic approach to the Ataraxia Vineyards wine range, to defer completely to the sites from which the different grapes are sourced. Care has been taken to match rootstock choice exactly to the vineyard soil type also ensuring that no stone has been left unturned in the sourcing of the very best scion material available in the country. Our wines are handcrafted to reflect the origin and sense of place that this unique location offers, producing wines of matchless quality and impeccable elegance. The chapel-like Wine Lounge is perched high on a hill at the foot of the Babylonstoring Mountains, a dramatic and symbolic setting.
