At your service training: the training is done within 2 days- first day being the training and second day a exam is given and to be able to pass a above average must be received, a certificate is then given. The certificate is certified by RASA- the restaurant association of South Africa. The objective is to provide learners with thorough knowledge and practical skills that is required for a successful career in the food service industry.
