George Association for Persons with Disabilities renders specialized services to persons with disabilities and their families. The organization is engaged in Social work services, Special daycare centre for children and adults with severe and profound disabilities and work and employment programmes in George Municipal Area.

We are situated in Knysna where we have a Residential Care Facility catering for 60 multiple-disabled adults of whom 97% have epilepsy. We have two protective workshops on our premises to keep most of the residents and 25 profoundly disabled day-visitors from the surrounding communities meaningfully occupied.
