Assmang Limited is a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa to supply raw material to the world's steel mills and alloy plants. Assmang Limited is jointly controlled by Assore Limited and African Rainbow Minerals Limited (ARM) through a longstanding arrangement between the two major shareholders. The company is run through an Operations Committee made up of 4 Assmang Board Directors, two each appointed by Assore and ARM reporting to the Assmang Board.
