Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Value.

Aramex continues to disappoint, I don’t understand how they are a courier service if we never get our packages on time . This is the second time this year that they are doing this nonsense to me . I’m sick and tired .

Aramex south africa is the worst to deal with the fact that they don't care about how u fell still pazzels me i ordered clothes a in November and today it's the 20 of December and I still have not received my parcels they are unprofessional to the core and rude I will not even mention the lady at the front desk if they could pick up one phone call and hear how she speaks to clients they would be shocked

Your service is extremely bad and you don’t seem to care, you don’t even deserve this one star rated service.

Frustrating waste of 20 minutes waiting to get a response on the phone. Contact Number taken off of the Aramex Website. Automated voice with NO result to establish the whereabouts of my delivery. Useless waste of time phoning.

The staff were absolutely terrible. Unhelpful service. One of the consultants even had the audacity to tell me that Sandton and Johannesburg are in China not South Africa, like what? Ive been phoning for days and hours spent on hold trying to track my important parcel and they just couldn't care to assist at all... Would not recommend to anyone

I wanted to bring it under Aramex attention about how bad the service is, but if I look at all the negative reviews they obviously don't care about customer service and I will only be wasting my time so say exactly what I think of them.

Once again useless service from aramex south africa. Parcel just doesn't get delivered and absolutely no customer service. Thinking these parcels just get taken. Aramex south africa just doesn't care you can call them email them tried every possible way either no response from them or just an excuse why its not getting delivered

My parcel has been in JHB for 4 days without any update status. I have tried to contact customer service with no luck. Extremely disappointed with the service.

My parcel was picked up two days after I dropped it on 21 August 20** at limpopo mall pick and pay and this service got me very sad because I didn't expect it. I was very said when I received message yesterday indicating that shipment has been created. When I dropped in my parcel around 6pm I realized that the box has other parcels and I expected that they will be collected the following day. sisi nothing happened. Aramex stop taking abusing us by doing as you like. This is the second time where I dropped my parcel at landros mare shoprite around 2pm before the collect time and it was not picked up same day. This is about you making money and forgetting that this is our money and not your instead you provide POOR SERVICES.
