Negative: Not Good Quality.
Been waiting for my parcel since Monday and when I track my parcel it says attempted delivery customer not available or can't answer calls but never got any phone calls from them,I'm not happy at all about this service ,should I wait outside the whole day waiting for my parcel cos nobody is calling me at all, I'm not even sure if they even came to deliver cos why are you not calling guys

Guys why don't you deliver our Parcels in time I am expecting my parcel and was told will get it next week what is that? Have you noticed how poor is your service

The delivery man was extremely rude and unprofessional. A parcel arrived not too long ago for my mother (who was not home), when I told him that I was not expecting any parcel he started spewing some garbage out of his mouth. He said his name was Bathandwa.

I received a call from their driver saying he is at Berlin while my parcel supposed to be delivered at my address that is written on my parcel now he is telling me that he is not gonna come it will be delivered tomorrow wow their service is not good at all

I am waiting for a parcel that was sent to me Via Aremax Overnight parcel for over a week now I phoned the office to change the address as we moved offices and ever since then my calls are jus going through with no response and whenever i track my parcel it shows me NOT DELEVERED BECAUSE COULN'T REACH THE RECEIVER. But you never phone me for once and up until now nobody is contacting me about my parcel or anything. Very Very Bad service

Parcel sent 14/12/21. I am still waiting. It is the 3rd January. . East London does not answer their phone. Out for delivery three times, driver runs out of time according to tracking information. Chat bot does not answer although it shows msg seen. Now R120 for the R99 parcel if you do not use the online option for the waybill. Forget 24 hour delivery. It doesn’t exist anymore
