Negative: Not Professional.

My daughter went to this pet Shop she is 17 years old so she is perfectly capable of taking care of herself, she loves rabbits and was holding a rabbit and talking to another customer. She was told by the woman who manages the store to put the rabbit away and to stop talking to other customers and to go back to her parents When I arrived my daughter was sitting at the front of the Shop looking upset. She hadn't told me what happened, but when I was leaving the pet Shop this lady complained that she had to take care of my daughter. When I got home I found out from my daughter how she had been treated. This woman claimed to have taken care of my daughter but instead she was nasty to my daughter. My daughter is lovely and polite. I'm incensed that a good experience was turned into such an unpleasant one for my daughter.
