Negative: Not Professional.

The nurse that is working now is grumpy and unpleasant. Before I use to be assisted by a friendly nurse that will take you to all the the procedures. The Lorna nurse is not great with people. Everyone that was being assisted by her says she is a grumpy old goat.....
