Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

The people that work for this branch have absolutely no way of speaking to a person , over the phone or in person . ( Ampath , Union Hospital ) They have absolutely NO people skills , and are just damn rude. I have had 3 encounters with people from there over the last 2 days , and all of them are the same . No care for patients, no care for treating people correctly. And when you are rude back to her ( the lady in specific that we came to see at the lab ) , she calls her manager and says that you are rude to her . Meanwhile you are just mirroring the attitude and rudeness that you were received with in the lab . I will NEVER refer anyone to Ampath ! This is absolutely horrible behaviour and no way to treat ANY person!!!!
